Spring is FINALLY here!

So Alaska winters are not my favorite season. They are long, cold, and dark. I don't mind the snow and the beauty, but they tend to get long at times. So when spring starts arriving we all get out of hibernation mode and outside. It has been very nice weather too- already getting into the 70's, so we've taken a few walks to our little Taku lake (a 5 minute walk from our place) and had 3 bbq's at my in-laws- with great food! Here are some pics of our latest fun...
